终于完成装修了！和我接洽的是John Chong, 他是一位很友善很 nice 很有耐心的人，给我提供了很多专业的意见，从卧室的衣橱，客厅的电视墙，橱柜，干湿厨房的收纳柜，再到门口的鞋柜，设计都很好看，颜色也很配搭，灯光，墙壁和窗帘的颜色也很搭，整间房子给人有那种很舒服很温暖的感觉， Hulse 用的材料都是不错的，和 showroom 里的东西都是一摸一样。 市场上那么多的装修公司，我一开始也很迷茫，因为装修最怕的就是踩坑，每天联系我的装修公司也很多，但是我最终选择了Hulse，因为我看到了John Chong 的诚意和耐心， 还有最重要的是 Hulse 的合约里，每一样 item 都写得清清楚楚，价钱尺寸都明明白白，很合理的价钱！绝无隐藏收费！我可以说‘’屋主可以放心交给John Chong 和 Hulse‘’。 最后我要谢谢 John Chong 的帮忙，因为帮我安装热水器的师傅把我厕所的水管钻穿了，需要把瓷砖撬开，换新的水管，再安装新的瓷砖，厕所是我唯一没有装修的地方，但是John Chong 也愿意帮忙我收拾烂摊子，找师傅找瓷砖，真的很感激！ 后期任何不满意的地方，不管多么小的defect，John Chong 都帮忙我去处理，我真的很满意很喜欢现在的房子，如果我下次装修新房子或者翻新旧房子，我一定会找回 John Chong 和 Hulse！

My first project with Mr Tecky was back in 2021, when he was still a project manager at another firm. I had a good experience working with him, so it was an easy decision to work with him again for our second project with Hulse Design. From the site visit to the quotation, everything was done within about 2 weeks. The renovation works were completed in just over 2 months, which was well within the original 3 month timeline. Before confirming Hulse Design, i did compare with another interior design firm, but it took them 1 month just to send me their first quotation. That delay made me switch back to Hulse Design straight away. Personally, I feel that efficiency and responsiveness are extremely important, especially in the service industry. Special thanks to their project manager, Ms. Gaga, who was very responsive and responsible throughout the whole process. She also gave practical advice on how to achieve the same results with more reasonable costs. Communication was clear and smooth, which made everything much less stressful. We are very happy with the final results and would definitely recommend Hulse Design to anyone looking for a reliable interior design or renovation company.
